Scripps Mesa Fireworks puts on one of the best 4th of July fireworks shows in San Diego, so that the communities of Scripps Ranch and Mira Mesa can enjoy a traditional and family friendly end to their Independence Day celebration.

Dear Community Members,
On behalf of Scripps Mesa Fireworks, I would like to thank you for your continued support of our “neighborhood celebration”, the annual 4th of July Fireworks, in our community.
Every year, our community has had the joy of participating in one of its longest standing traditions, the Fourth of July community parade and evening fireworks spectacular. The fireworks show is a fitting end to the daylong Independence celebration.
We ask for your generous donation to make this year’s fireworks celebration possible.
As you may know the fireworks show almost did not happen this past summer. This year the Scripps Mesa Fireworks Committee is starting its fundraising early to ensure the funds are secured and be able to pay the deposit early. The Scripps Mesa Fireworks committee, comprised of community volunteers, has since recruited new members and is determined more than ever to reach its goal of putting on a fantastic fireworks display. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to cover a 20 minute show and all of the safety features and requirements.
We are asking for your support and participation in one of our sponsorship levels below:
Silver Sponsor $1,000 (provides 5 willow shells and 2 bottle rockets)
Brocade $500 (large spherical break of stars that produce very long lasting trails dripping down, usually silver or gold)
Beehive $250 (a visual effect of color stars that actively are swarming around which illuminates into a visual beehive appearance)
Chrysanthemum $100 (a dense spherical burst of stars, in which the stars leave a burning trail of particles as they expand outward)
Crossette $50 (a shell that when breaking splits across from each other usually in the shape of a plus sign moving outward)
